Looking, Thinking and Expressing are central to the success of my project 3 - Signs of the City and crucial to our success as a designer. Everyone also can look, think and expressing, but we need to think how to look, think and express different with others. Making the ordinary extraordinary is very much part of the designers' repertoire.
As a designer we should see that inspiration is all around us. Design is not simply something done only in a secluded studio, or arrived at by revelation, but is a mundane and direct process of making a series of decisions.
The purpose of this project is to 'reread' and 'relearn' the city and its visual language. after come out an interactive field guide website. The site need be designed as being functional, user-friendly, and clearly communicates our subject. We need find a set of ten to fifteen similar things readily available in the Kuala Lumpur city habitat. We can record them as video, capturing sound, photograph, illustrate or other methods.
This is an 1 month's group project. All my group member will play important role in this project, they are my AR Charlene, finding mouse de Jian Jia, my warm up project group member Daphne and the only boy Rauf. hehe.... wish we will enjoy doing this group project!!! KAMPATEK!!! +U+U+U!!!^^
